What’s the issue with lunar dust?
NASA’s worry is that it will stick to solar arrays and kill their output over time. As part of a NASA SBIR contract, OMC will develop Lunar SCRUB with partner SDRT Space Dust Research & Technologies in order to clean solar arrays from this dust and maintain output over their operational lifetime.
